Paulina Wesołowska

For more than 10 years I have been developing my career in direct sales, including working with high-net-worth clients. I gained my experience in the banking sector, working among other things in investments for premium clients, which gave me an in-depth understanding of their needs and of how financial and investment markets work.

I am also a graduate of Law and Business Management at Kozminski University, which gives me a solid professional grounding in analysis, negotiation and managing transaction processes.

Today I use this knowledge in the property industry, creating effective sales strategies tailored to the specific property, the market situation and the profile of the potential buyer.

In my work, I focus on relationships, transparency and full commitment. I believe that trust and an individual approach are the foundation of achieving the best sales results.

In my private life, I am passionate about road cycling and cycle racing, which translates into consistency, discipline and determination – qualities I also bring to my professional work.
